How it works
We ask you to sign up using the subscription form below and take a single month payment in advance for setup fees. We will only ask you to start your monthly payments when your website is ready to go live. All subsequent monthly payments are in advance of each month and will be taken on the day of the month of your website live date. If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time through your PayPal account and your website will be terminated without any further obligation.
Whilst we are able to purchase domain names on your behalf we always recommend that you purchase your domain name (yourbusiness.co.uk, .com etc) in your own name so that you have full ownership of it and can assist through our online support area.
Although we are available through email and live chat, support issues will be answered through our online ticketing system which will allow you to post support requests 24/7 so that it can be given priority within working hours and allow you to keep a history of communications for future reference. When you sign up you will receive an email with your username and password to access your online support area. There is a quick log-in link at the top of our website for when you need support.
